Accuracy and review
Appeal an ALERT intelligence record.
A listed person, affected server owner, or authorized representative may request formal review. Active records are not removed through an automated deletion form.
Before opening a ticket
Locate the public ALERT reference and confirm the Discord user or server ID. Review the public classification, reason, effective date, and associations so your request addresses the actual record.
Information to provide
- The ALERT reference ID and relevant Discord user or guild ID.
- Your identity and relationship to the listed subject.
- The specific outcome requested: correction, restriction, removal, or overturning.
- A concise explanation addressing accuracy, mistaken identity, ownership, context, remediation, or an overturned underlying finding.
- Supporting information requested privately through the official ticket workflow.
Review process
- Staff confirm identity and authority to act for the subject.
- The public record and protected source material are reviewed.
- Conflicts, context, current accuracy, and prior decisions are assessed.
- The record is upheld, corrected, restricted, removed, or overturned.
- The decision is audited and affected public caches are invalidated.
Safety
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, recovery codes, or unrelated personal information. Do not publish evidence in a public Discord channel. Staff may request narrowly relevant material inside the official ticket.
